Creating suspense In Flight 93

In our most recent media lesson we watched a film called Flight 93. In which suspense was being created In numerous ways For Instance, the camera work used at times was quite dramatic. At the beggining a handheld camera recorded The terrorists praying and preparing for their terrorist mission. It allowed us to know straight from the start something significant was due to occur. Also the use of ambient music such as bass drones and sounds of loud heart beats allowed us the viewers to be constantly on the edge of our seat. We knew something was going to happen but we didn't know when and thats what gripped us. Finally, the deiting pace at times was slow which dramatically keeps us guessing what Is going to happen next.
